RK desiccant masterbatches can counter a problem which develop during the processing of plastics due to the presence of moisture and prevents adsorption of moisture during transportation. Moisture can be present in raw materials such as hygroscopic polymers, fillers and pigments. Reprocess polymer can also have high moisture content. When processing polymer with high moisture content the polymer can become porous and show voids/lower tensile in the final articles or extruded/blown sheet. In film applications the high moisture content can lead to film bubble breakage

Usage and Application Ratio

Plastic Furniture, Film, Carry Bag, HIPS Sheet, Crates and other Injection & Blow Moulded Articles Mix these series master batches with the stuff resin at ratio of 1:25 to 1:100, normally 1:50, no boasting material needed when moisture is below than 1%, (different ratio decided by the product moisture ratio), after simply stirring the mixture to homogeneous (no addictive agent needed), we can get the final products as we want. Dosage : 1%-2%

Guidelines

• Stored in ventilated, dry and cool place.
• Damage on packing is not permitted.
•  After opening the packing, left master batch should be sealed immediately to keep dry.
•  After mixing with material, we suggest using it within 12 hours.
